Lack of self confidence, male role, trauma, mangos, solitude... All this, in my head.

- How heavy are my thoughts? Can I be reborn? -

Due to the weight of his thoughts, a man decides to loose his mind to find liberty. His head falls. It rolls away. He carries, drags, and turns his head everywhere. He grabs it and takes a look. He tries to make friends with himself again.

Looking at himself from another perspective. He breaks free from the former shackles. Under the cold exterior, something humanly sympathetic is slowly revealed, when man leaves shame, judgment and overthinking behind.

The hidden self is sensitive, timid and alone. Oversensitive. His only consolation is his own head, which is no longer attached. He's holding it, it's heavy. It is no longer a part of him, a limb, just an object, something numb and cold. A memory from the past. At least it doesn't hurt anymore. It's time to leave the old head behind. It’s time to find liberation.

"My head is heavy and it hurts" is a surreal autofiction told through circus.  A circus piece where the artist and his discipline, cyr wheel, become literally one.
